To contribute an an item, an experience, or a gift certificate, please fill out this form. 

• If you are providing an electronic gift card, please email it to fundraising@mcgilvrapta.org OR enter the redemption code in the Private Notes box on the form.  Do not enter it in the Catalog Description as that will be visible to all auction attendees. 
• Physical items can be dropped off at the school office.  If the item is large, please make arrangements with the auction team.
• If you are hosting a buy-in party or event, please do not use this form. Instead, send details (date, location, price, description) to the auction team at fundraising@mcgilvrapta.org.
